Frequently asked

How is a request counted?

Every successful REST call to /v1/* counts as one request. 4xx and 5xx responses don't count against your monthly quota. Rate-limit rejections (429) similarly aren't billed.

How are WebSocket "session-hours" measured?

A session-hour is one open subscription to one live session for up to one hour. Subscribing to two concurrent sessions for 30 minutes each = 1 session-hour. Frame volume itself is not billed.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

You get an HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. We never auto-upgrade — your bill stays predictable. Bump up to the next plan or wait until the window resets.

Do you offer monthly invoices for Enterprise?

Yes — Enterprise customers get an annual contract with NET-30 invoicing, a private rate-limit pool, custom data exports, and a named technical contact.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Indie and Pro plans are month-to-month via Stripe. Cancel from your /account page and the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

Which data is included?

All plans cover F1, F2, F3, and F1 Academy — historic and live. There are no per-series add-ons; what you see in the docs is what every plan ships with.
